UNEVEN COVERAGE:

If you are experiencing poor transfers where the foil doesn't completely cover the printed image, it can be caused by one of several reasons. Check these 6 possible causes to identify which one(s) are causing the problem.

EXCESS FOIL:

IMAGE COMING

The "WhiteTRF" foil has two possible problems after running through the laminator...

1. There is an excessive amount of white foil where it should not be.

2. The white looks very dull.

FOIL WRINKLES:

Black 'lines' running through foil covered image due to foil wrinkles.

After foil has been peeled back from your image, you notice very fine 'black' lines running through the image.

If you have a particular problem not identified here, we'd like to hear from you!

We'll not only get a fix for you but we'll add it here as another trouble-shooting for others.
